Mercarisells Seller Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mercarisells.com. These Seller Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Mercarisells platform as a Seller/Merchant. By registering and operating a Seller Account on Mercarisells.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our general Conditions of Use.

1. Eligibility and Registration

To become a Seller on Mercarisells, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Status: Be a legally registered business, company, or individual operating lawfully.
• Authority: Possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Information Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain this information up to date in your Seller Account.

2. Seller Account Management

2.1 Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify Mercarisells immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

3. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

When a customer places an order for your products, you will receive a notification ("Order").

• Order Payment: As a merchant, you must make a payment of 80% of the order value to confirm the transaction / process the order.
• Confirmation Timeline: You must confirm or process the pending Order within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
• Failure to Respond / Rejection: Failure to respond or rejection of the Order within the 24-hour timeframe may result in consequences, including (but not limited to):
  1. Temporal blockage / suspension of your store.
  2. Delay of refunds for the customer.
  3. A bad reputation rating for your store.
  4. Potential issues for any existing store that referred you to the platform.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing and Profit:

• You set the retail price of your products.
• The Mercarisells wholesale center provides you with a retail price. You will sell the item at the cost of the buyer's price, which will result in a 20% profit on each item sold or processed.

4.2 Payment Collection: Payments from customers are collected by Mercarisells or its designated payment processor.

4.3 Accepted Customer Payments: We accept customer payments via digital wallets, including, but not limited to, USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20), BTC, ETH, and other cryptocurrencies we may support from time to time.

4.4 Payouts to Sellers:

• Payouts are made in the cryptocurrency selected by the Seller (or in USDT by default).
• Payouts are made after the deduction of our applicable fees (commission, service fee, payment-processing fee, as displayed in your seller dashboard), any refunds, chargebacks, or reserves.
• The Payout schedule and minimum thresholds are displayed in your seller dashboard.

4.5 Seller Responsibility: You are responsible for any network / gas fees associated with receiving payouts in cryptocurrency.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

5.1 Return Policy: You must honor the return and refund policy displayed on the Platform. This requires a minimum 14-day return period unless the product is explicitly marked as non-returnable.

5.2 Refund Processing Time: The refund of your processed order usually takes 3-10 days, depending on the destination of the customer.
